Salt gems, to be grated at the moment
Large rock salt crystals preserved in their most authentic form, allowing colors, transparencies, and natural irregularities to emerge. Each gem encapsulates the essential charm of the material within its structure.
Used with the dedicated grater, they allow salt to be added directly to dishes with an original and precise gesture. Brought to the table, they also become unusual decorative elements or small place cards capable of surprising guests.
First they are observed, then they are grated, finally they are savored.
