Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds

The consumer may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt of the product, without having to provide a reason.

To communicate the withdrawal, it is necessary to send an email to info@bembo.it, indicating the name, order number, and products to be returned.

Products must be returned to:

If the return depends on a change of mind or an error made by the customer during the purchase, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

If, however, an incorrect, damaged, or non-compliant product has been delivered, the return shipping costs are borne by Martini S.r.l.

The refund will be made within 14 days of notification of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used for the purchase. Martini S.r.l. may withhold the refund until the products have been received or until proof of shipment is presented, whichever occurs first.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by Article 59 of the Consumer Code, including personalized products, those subject to rapid deterioration or expiration, and sealed products that, for reasons of hygiene or health protection, cannot be returned after opening.

The food nature of the product does not automatically imply the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

The consumer may communicate the withdrawal by any explicit statement sent via email.
