Right of withdrawal

Bembo complies with the civil legislation on the right of withdrawal. All our products are covered by guarantees for any defect or vice inherent in the product itself , not deriving from the carrier's fault (in this case the carrier itself will be responsible). The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 15 days from the delivery of the product.

Bembo will check the conditions of the goods at the time of delivery to the carrier and will evaluate, in the event of its default, to return to the customer a sum equal to the price of the goods ( also including the return shipping costs ) or to replace the damaged goods. with products of the same nature.

What is written also applies to the case in which the customer should receive goods other than those ordered in terms of nature, quantity or quality. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return and cannot be exercised for products which by their nature cannot be returned or are subject to rapid deterioration.
