Hawaiian Red Sea Salt Crystals

Hawaiian Red Sea Salt owes its color to purified clay, which also enriches it with minerals. The salt is sun-dried, following Hawaiian tradition, and mixed with the clay, which makes it very "dry." It has a lively saltiness combined with a slightly metallic aftertaste, but also with pleasant notes reminiscent of hazelnut aroma.
