How to make tacos
- Prepare the filling
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic for a couple of minutes.
- Add the bell pepper and chili pepper, stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Add the ground meat and brown it over medium heat, stirring well to break it up.
- Add the spices

- When the meat is well browned, add cumin, paprika, chili powder and oregano. Mix well to distribute the flavors.
- Add the tomato paste and the passata, then cook over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- At the end of cooking, add lime juice for a touch of freshness.
- Heat the tortillas
