Aji Argentino

Aji Argentino is a blend of Capsicum Annum chili peppers essential in the culinary tradition of this country for preparing Empanadas and Chimichurri sauce, chili with meat.

In the Kitchen : Aji Argentino is used to flavor many dishes, including grilled meats, empanadas, potatoes, vegetables and other foods. Aji Argentino is made into a sauce by mixing the Aji mixture with olive oil and a little vinegar. The sauce can be served immediately or left to rest in the refrigerator for a few days to develop its flavor. This sauce has an intense and spicy flavor, with a characteristic chili aroma.
