Bollywood Curry

Bollywood Curry is an aromatic and fresh mix of spices, but not too strong. The main feature of this curry is that it is the only one to contain the least amount of garlic, which makes it suitable for all palates.

In the Kitchen : Precisely because of its delicacy, this mixture of spices is suitable for all types of dishes, whether based on meat, fish or vegetables. The very low percentage of garlic makes this curry particularly versatile, so much so that it becomes a special ingredient even in sweet preparations such as a curry-flavoured sponge cake.

Basil, Cumin, CELERY, Chili, Garlic. May contain traces of sesame.
