Cardamom seeds

Among the most precious and precious spices (it is the third most expensive spice in the world after saffron and vanilla pods) Cardamom looks like a capsule containing many small black-brown seeds which contain all the aroma and flavor . In fact, to obtain a more intense flavour, they should be removed from the green peel and used alone, while for a more contained flavour, the whole berry can be infused. Cardamom is ideal for flavoring coffee and chocolate but is perfect as a cocktail botanical and for flavoring gin.
