How to use it:
Whole chicken: 15–20 g/kg → massage evenly under the skin and on the surface. Thighs and wings: 12–15 g/kg → excellent for crispy skin in the oven or on the grill. Skewers/Yakitori: 8–10 g per 200 g skewer → let rest for 15–30 min before cooking.

Extra tip: For a more intense aroma, leave the rub on for 1–2 hours in the refrigerator before cooking.
