Dark mustard

Mustard seeds are found in the cob fruit of the plant itself. Collected they can be used for the preparation of the famous sauce, or in bread and biscuit dough, as well as for the preparation of marinades for meat especially pork, or vinaigrette. With a stronger flavor than the yellow one.
