The extraordinary feature is the presence of magnesium chloride (32%), potassium (25%) and bromine, all components with very important properties for our skin. Already in the 2nd century AD Claudius Galen, a famous Greek doctor of the time, recommended treatments in the Dead Sea to those suffering from rheumatism. In addition to this, the salts act against acne, muscle pain, seborrhea, itching, dry skin and also against cellulite.
