• Juniper berries
  
• Orange peel

How to use:

• 1) Start with 750 ml of 40% neutral alcohol (NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT, for example vodka).
• 2) Infuse a few juniper berries (8/10 berries). Let the berries macerate for 24 hours in the dark.
• 3) It is time to choose your botanicals: do you prefer a sweeter or more bitter taste? Do you want to enhance the citrusy or spicy notes? Choose the recipe you prefer, letting yourself be inspired by the gin labels you know or your own personal tastes. The more botanicals you add, the more complex the taste of the gin will be.
• 4) Add the chosen botanicals to the vodka along with the juniper and let everything macerate for another 24 hours. After this time, the drink will have taken on an amber color.
• 5) Filter it to remove residue and bottle your gin. Don't forget to apply the label on which you can note down the botanicals used! Your personal gin is ready to be drunk: store it in the dark and serve it chilled!
