Botanicals contained in the Diy Gin + Starter Cocktail package

• Juniper Berries (25g)
  
• Orange peel (10g)
  
• Cinnamon sticks (20g)
  
• Ginger Rhizome (30g)
  
• Pink pepper (25g)
  
• Hibiscus flowers (10g)
  

How to use:

• 1) Parts of 750 ml of neutral alcohol at 40 degrees (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE, for example vodka).
• 2) Infuse some juniper berries (8/10 berries). Leave the berries to macerate for 24 hours in the dark.
• 3) The time has come to choose botanicals: do you prefer a sweeter or more bitter taste? Do you want to enhance citrus or spicy scents? Choose the recipe you prefer by letting yourself be inspired by the gin labels you know or by your personal tastes. The more botanicals you add, the more complex the taste of the gin will be.
• 4) Add the chosen botanicals to the vodka together with the juniper and leave to macerate for another 24 hours. After this time, the drink will have taken on an amber colour.
• 5) Filter it to eliminate residues and bottle your gin. Don't forget to apply the label on which to note the botanicals used! Your personal gin is ready to be drunk: keep it in the dark and serve it chilled!
