How to use:

• 1) Start with 750 ml of 40-degree neutral alcohol (NOT INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE, for example vodka).
• 2) Infuse a few juniper berries (8-10 berries). Let the berries steep for 24 hours in the dark.
• 3) Now it's time to choose your botanicals: do you prefer a sweeter or more bitter taste? Do you want to enhance the citrus or spicy notes? Choose your favorite recipe, drawing inspiration from familiar gin labels or your own personal tastes. The more botanicals you add, the more complex the gin's flavor will be.
• 4) Add the selected botanicals to the vodka along with the juniper and let it steep for another 24 hours. After this time, the drink will have turned an amber color.
• 5) Strain to remove any residue and bottle your gin. Don't forget to attach a label to note the botanicals used! Your personal gin is ready to drink: store it in a dark place and serve chilled!
