Hibiscus flowers

Hibiscus flower, also known as Karkadè, is a floral variety with an intense acrid and tannic flavour. Also widely used for the preparation of herbal teas with an energizing effect, used in infusion in gin or vodka it releases a bright pink color and a pleasantly acidic flavour.
