The lamp is made up of a cylindrical body which encloses a supply tank, with a grill above it where the pan in which you cook rests.
The "flambè" kitchen was born to find a solution to a need: to heat food, but already in the Cusinier Moderne recipe book (1742) we have the first testimonies in which we speak of a plate of partridges which is finished in the room on a lamp to alcohol.
The most spectacular moment of flambé cuisine is represented by the flambage: the cook sprinkles the preparation with a high-proof liqueur/distillate and elegantly sets it on fire. Here is the longed-for flame that evaporates the alcohol and retains the aromas.
The Stove is compatible with Camping Gaz cylinder (not included in the package).
TECHNICAL FEATURES
- Italian product
- Manual tinning
- Minimum copper thickness: 2 mm
- Handles in die-cast brass
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
- Safe use on flame, electric plate and ceramic glass
- Frying pans compliant with European HACCP standards
- First use: wash the pot with delicate detergents and dry by hand with a kitchen cloth. Then fill the pan halfway with water and bring to the boil: pour the water over and add the food to be cooked without drying the pan. Proceed with cooking according to the methods and times indicated in the recipe to be made
- During use, always hold the handle with pot holders to avoid burns
- Always cook on a moderate flame, never with lively or high flames (copper has a high heat conductivity and the use of a flame that is too high is not only unnecessary but would damage the food contained)
MAINTENANCE
- Do not put in the oven, do not wash in the dishwasher
- Cleaning the outside: polish with specific products for the treatment of copper. If you prefer to use traditional techniques, you can also polish with lemon and salt or vinegar and salt
- Internal part cleaning: cleanse with non-abrasive products
- During cooking, use only wooden utensils to avoid damaging the tin plating
- The possible appearance of halos or stains on the tin plating, due to the acidity of some foods, does not affect the functionality and hygiene of the product.
