The Hibiscus flower, also known as Karkadè, is a floral variety with an intense acrid and tannic flavour.

In Mixology : Also widely used for the preparation of herbal teas with an energizing effect, used in infusion in gin or vodka it releases a bright pink color and a pleasantly acidic flavour.
