• Juniper Berries (35 g)

• Star Anise (20 g)
• Orange Peel (10 g)
• Cinnamon Sticks (20 g)
• Cardamom (25 g)
• Juniper Berries (30 g)
• Hibiscus Flowers (12 g)
• Pink Peppercorns (25 g)
• Allspice (36 g)
• Ginger Rhizome (40 g)

How to use:

1. Start with 750 ml of 40-proof neutral alcohol (NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT, for example, vodka).
2. Infuse a few juniper berries (8/10 berries). Let the berries macerate for 24 hours in the dark.
3. Now it's time to choose your botanicals: do you prefer a sweeter or more bitter taste? Do you want to enhance citrus or spicy notes? Choose the recipe you prefer, taking inspiration from gin labels you know or your personal tastes. The more botanicals you add, the more complex the gin's flavor will be.
4. Add the chosen botanicals to the vodka along with the juniper and let everything macerate for another 24 hours. After this time, the drink will have taken on an amber color.
5. Filter it to remove any residue and bottle your gin. Don't forget to apply the label on which to note the botanicals used! Your personal gin is ready to be drunk: store it in the dark and serve it chilled!
