2 Mulled Wine + 1 Grog – Bembo Complete Mixes

A pack with 3 Bembo complete mixes to prepare two classic hot, spiced drinks: 2 Mulled Wine and 1 Grog.

Each jar already contains spices and sugar in the right proportions. You don’t need to buy, weigh, or measure out the different ingredients separately: simply add the liquids indicated for each preparation.

2 Complete Mixes for Mulled Wine

For each jar, pour 1 liter of red wine into a saucepan and add the entire contents.

Bring slowly to a boil, turn off the heat, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Serve the Mulled Wine hot.

1 jar + 1 liter of red wine = Mulled Wine ready in 15 minutes.

The mix contains cane sugar and spices in the right proportions, with cinnamon, juniper berries, cloves, star anise, orange and lemon peel, and nutmeg.

1 Complete Mix for Grog

Pour 500 ml of water and 250 ml of rum into a saucepan and add the entire contents of the jar.

Bring to a boil for 2-3 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Serve the Grog hot.

1 jar + 500 ml of water + 250 ml of rum = Grog.
