Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of Prohibition and produce your own gin at home with a botanicals recipe designed by you: unique and unrepeatable.

• Two glass Gin bottles (350ml each)
• Two filters
• A funnel
• Labels to personalize the bottles

Botanicals included in the Diy Gin + Starter Cocktail kit

• Juniper berries
  
• Orange peel
  
• Cinnamon sticks
  
• Ginger rhizome
  
• Pink pepper
  
• Hibiscus flowers
  

Instructions for use:

• 1) Start with 750 ml of neutral 40% ABV alcohol (NOT INCLUDED IN THE KIT, for example, vodka).
• 2) Put a few juniper berries (8/10 berries) into the alcohol. Let the berries macerate for 24 hours in the dark.
• 3) It’s time to choose your botanicals: do you prefer a sweeter or a more bitter taste? Do you want to enhance the citrus or spicy notes? Choose the recipe you prefer, letting yourself be inspired by the gin labels you know or your own personal tastes. The more botanicals you add, the more complex the gin's taste will be.
• 4) Add the chosen botanicals to the vodka along with the juniper and let everything macerate for another 24 hours. After this time, the drink will have taken on an amber color.
• 5) Filter it to remove any residue and bottle your gin. Don't forget to apply the label to take note of the botanicals used! Your personal gin is ready to be drunk: store it in the dark and serve it chilled!
