Linden flowers

The lime tree is a large, lush green tree that produces small, very fragrant yellow flowers. The plant attracts dozens and dozens of insects, primarily bees which produce excellent honey with a characteristic flavour.

In Mixology : The lime blossom has a sweet and sugary scent and releases a honeyed and slightly herbaceous flavour.
