Mirroir Salt

Bolivian salt is a very dry fossil salt. Its name "Mirroir Salt" is due to the mirror effect given by the very high concentration of minerals it contains. It is harvested by hand at an altitude of about 3700 meters above sea level, in the Bolivian area of the Andes. The salt, stratified over time, was then covered by lava flows which preserved its high mineral content and protected it from pollution. This rock salt is a highly flavored product, so moderate use is recommended. Ideal for any type of dish.
