Mirroir Salt

Bolivian salt is a very dry fossil salt. Its name "Mirror Salt" comes from the mirror-like effect created by its extremely high concentration of minerals. It is harvested by hand at an altitude of approximately 3,700 meters above sea level, in the Bolivian Andes. The salt, stratified over time, was then covered by lava flows, preserving its high mineral content and protecting it from pollution. This rock salt is a highly flavorful product, so use in moderation.

In the Kitchen : Perfect for dressing fresh salads or fish or meat carpaccio, where the large translucent crystals can be appreciated both for their appearance and their flavour.
