Chimichurri - 50g

Ingredients: Garlic, Onion, Sweet Paprika, Oregano, Salt, Parsley, Pepper.

Chimichurri originated in Argentina and spread throughout South America and Northern Europe. It's considered the queen of spices for Churrasco, a mixed grilled meat dish. Excellent on Asado, Maminha, Picanha, and grilled fish.

It's commonly used as a condiment for meat, chicken, and fish, but it can also be used as a salad dressing or as a drizzle for cooked vegetables. To make a marinade, simply pour two tablespoons into a bowl, add a little oil to make a creamy paste, and let it sit overnight. Then, brush it on meat, fish, or vegetables. Let it sit for an hour and then cook. The result will be amazing.

No glutamates, anti-thickeners, colorants, or other chemicals. Store this product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, to maintain its organoleptic properties. Packaged in a new, light- and oxidation-resistant jar.
