Colombo delle Antille is a highly aromatic curry powder, based on a recipe from the Caribbean islands of Guadeloupe and Martinique, influenced and refined by Sri Lankan plantation workers. This delicate spice blend has developed in these beautiful islands over the last few decades. It is used to flavor stews with goat, pork, or lamb.

Our "Colombo" spice blend also pairs well with vegetarian or vegan dishes. You can also safely use it to season yogurt or as a sauce for vegetables. Also particularly suitable as a spice mix to flavor rice.
