This delicious Mykonos herb blend was invented in the 1960s aboard one of the world's most famous yachts, at a reception. The ship's chef prepared this spice and herb blend to season a mixed salad of tomatoes and fruit, prepared for a very famous soprano, guest of honor at the party.

This combination of flavors captures all the scents of the Mediterranean in an aromatic bouquet. It is a blend particularly suitable for flavoring salads, fish and white meats, eggs and sauces, and dishes based on steamed vegetables and legumes.
