Spice Blend - Ras El Hanout

Origin: Spain

Ingredients: Turmeric, Salt, Fenugreek, Fennel, Garlic, Anise, Coriander, Cumin, Hot Paprika, Cinnamon, Black Pepper. May contain traces of Celery, Mustard, Sesame.

Ras El Hanout is a blend of spices with warm, sweet, and not spicy aromas. It's easy to use for marinating meats, or can be made into a spread not only on meat, fish, or vegetables, but also on stews and tagines.

To make a spread, add a teaspoon of Raz el Hanout to softened butter, sour cream, or Greek yogurt; if you'd like an emulsion to make your dip special, mix it with extra virgin olive oil.

No glutamates, anti-thickeners, colorants, or other chemicals. Store this product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, to maintain its organoleptic properties. Packaged in a new, light- and oxidation-resistant jar.
