Ingredients : Star Anise, Cinnamon, Szechuan Pepper, Fennel, Cloves. May contain traces of celery, mustard, and sesame.

Zhuatang spice blend is a 14th-century recipe used in Chinese cuisine to prepare so-called “Lu” foods, a long cooking method that promotes the absorption of aromas.

Excellent for fish, chicken, and breading. Also recommended with tofu, soups, stir-fries, and all kinds of noodle dishes. Use sparingly.

No glutamates, anti-thickeners, colorants, or other chemicals. Store this product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, to maintain its organoleptic properties. Packaged in a new, light- and oxidation-resistant jar.
