Chinese 5 Spice is an intense and aromatic blend typical of the cuisine of the Sichuan region of China. Its aroma recalls notes of licorice, thanks to the presence of fennel seeds. Cloves and Sichuan pepper add a pungent and refreshing note.

Ideal for flavouring tasty and fatty meats: ribs, pork belly and shoulder, duck breast or on chicken or meat in general intended for the grill.

No glutamates, anti-thickeners, colorants, or other chemicals. Store this product in a cool, dry place, away from heat sources, to maintain its organoleptic properties. Packaged in a new, light- and oxidation-resistant jar.
