Nasi Goreng

The name of the Nasi Goreng Mix comes from a typical Asian fried rice dish. In fact, in the translation from Indonesian, the term means "leftovers from the previous day" because it was prepared to reuse leftovers, but with the aim of not boring the palate by using spice mixes. The composition of the dish therefore depends on the type of leftovers and varies greatly in taste and aroma based on the spices used by the family or chefs.

In the Kitchen : Due to its intense flavour, it is recommended to use it raw or sautéed in oil to enrich the flavour of rice or meat stews with mushroom and bamboo sauces.
