Sarawak is the largest state in Malaysia and one of two that is located on the island of Borneo. From this distant and mysterious land comes the Black Pepper known precisely from Sarawak. This highly prized pepper, harvested in small quantities and only at certain times of the year, is ideal when placed after cooking on roasted grilled meats and pork.
