Pyramidal Salt Flakes

Pyramidal salt flakes are harvested from the Indian Ocean. The combination of favorable climatic conditions and the right concentration of brine produces ultra-fine crystals with a distinctive pyramid shape. The flakes are obtained naturally by drying in the sun.

In the Kitchen : Gently sprinkle the salt flakes over your dishes, being careful not to crush the small pyramids. When the flakes melt on your palate, they create an explosion of flavor: first slightly sweet, then sour, bitter, and finally pleasantly salty.
