Pyramidal Salt Flakes

Pyramidal salt flakes are recovered in the Indian Ocean. Through the interaction of favorable climatic conditions and the correct concentration of brine, ultra-thin crystals with a pronounced pyramidal shape are produced. The flakes are obtained naturally by letting them dry in the sun.

In the Kitchen: Gently sprinkle the salt flakes over your dishes, being careful not to crush the small pyramids. When the flakes melt on the palate, they give an explosion of flavor: first slightly sweet, then sour, bitter and finally pleasantly salty.
