Red Paprika Flakes

Paprika, a spice native to the Mediterranean Basin, is actually the fruit of a tropical plant. The basic ingredient for the preparation of Goulash, it has a more or less spicy flavour. In addition to goulash, paprika can be used with fresh cheeses, soups and white meats. Its spicy side is very sweet and thanks to this the dishes are enhanced with an aromatic and spicy touch that "neutralizes" the spicy flavor of the chilli pepper.
