Red Sea Salt from Hawaii

Hawaiian Red Sea Salt owes its color to the purified clay which also enriches it in minerals. The salt is dried in the sun, as per Hawaiian tradition, and mixed with clay which makes it very "dry". It has a lively flavor combined with a slightly ferrous aftertaste, but also with pleasant notes that recall the aroma of hazelnuts.

In the Kitchen : Ideal for all meats, but also for cooking grilled fish and grilled red meats. Excellent as a choreographic ornament.
