This Rub is specifically designed for cooking pork ribs. Each ingredient has been specifically balanced to try to best bring out the flavors of the ribs. The cane sugar present in the mixture caramelizes during cooking and forms the typical crust that makes ribs a must at every barbecue. A barbecue classic, there are infinite ways and schools for preparing barbecue ribs. This rub is perfect for both low-temperature indirect cooking and direct cooking
In the Kitchen : Clean the ribs by removing the skin from the bones (pleura) and, after having degreased them well and sprinkled with barbecue rib rub, rub them so that this mixture adheres evenly. Cover them with cling film and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Then proceed with your preferred cooking method.
