"Fuso" Glass Salt and Pepper Shaker

Since ancient times, salt and spices, including pepper, were highly valued because they were rare and expensive, and salt shakers were large because they expressed the owner's status. In the 17th century, containers with different compartments for salt, pepper, and other spices were created. However, contact with the air quickly alters these products. This is why Bembo has designed salt and pepper sets in transparent glass, so that the colours of their contents can be admired, but almost completely closed to minimise contact with the air.
