Sarawak Black Pepper

Sarawak is the largest state in Malaysia and one of two that is located on the island of Borneo. Black pepper, known as Sarawak pepper, comes from this distant and mysterious land. This highly prized pepper is harvested in small quantities and only at certain times of the year.

In the Kitchen : Ideal if placed at the end of cooking on roasted grilled meats and pork.
