Shawarma

This Lebanese spice blend is the perfect choice for a gastronomic journey through traditional dishes. The Shawarma mix is specially designed for this popular Middle Eastern dish that consists of thinly sliced meat stacked in a cone shape on a vertical spit that slowly rotates in front of a heat source. As the spit rotates, the meat is slowly roasted on the outside, allowing thin layers of cooked meat to be scraped off and served.
