Sumac

Sumac is a spice originating from the Mediterranean Basin already known in Roman times who used it as an alternative to vinegar. It has a bright red color and a bouquet with marked fruity notes. Ideal for raising all meat or fish dishes, excellent when mixed with olive oil to make marinades and season vegetable salads.
