Voatsiperifery White Pepper

Originally from Madagascar, this is wild black pepper, from which the pericarp is removed, to keep only the seed. This requires a great deal of work in selecting it and in fact it is a rare pepper. This pepper develops very fresh notes of citrus, fruit and flowers, its taste is powerful and persistent, with great elegance. The spiciness is not violent but incisive and tenacious.

In the Kitchen : This pepper is particularly suitable for refined dishes and can be used to enhance the flavor of meat, fish and vegetables. It is also excellent in dishes where you want a touch of spiciness in sauces, marinades and condiments where you are looking for a delicate balance of flavors.
