The Hawaiian black sea salt from the island of Molokai is the result of the artisanal processing of the island's inhabitants who, during the drying phase, mix it with purified volcanic lava (which in addition to making it black makes it very rich in mineral elements) and activated carbon on which its slightly sulfuric flavor depends. The flavor is slightly bitter, dry and with light hints of smoke. This sea salt is completely natural and leaves traces of color on the hands if lightly rubbed: this is the sign of the presence of activated carbon in this product.
In the Kitchen : Ideal as a highly effective decorative and choreographic element but also for the preparation of poultry meat or even with eggs. Excellent with salmon, caviar and raw fish.
