• Elderflowers (20 g)
• Acacia flowers (10 g)
• Hawthorn flowers (20 g)
• Heather flowers (15 g)
• Orange Blossom (12 g)
• Hibiscus flowers (10 g)
• Hop flowers (10 g)
• Pink Rose Petals (8 g)
• Linden flowers (15 g)

How to use:
1) Choose your favorite gin and consult which botanicals it is made up of;
2) Select the ones you want to enhance;
3) Crush the botanicals you have chosen using, for example, a marble mortar;
4) Pour the crushed botanicals into a glass;
5) Add the selected Gin;
6) Wait 15/20 minutes;
7) Filter the contents into a Cocktail glass, in which there is already ice;
8) Add the appropriate tonic water;
9) Garnish with choreographic elements that recall the flavors and aromas of the cocktail.



Here are some valuable tips:
To correctly dose the spices and aromas to add to Gin and tonic it is necessary to practice and experiment. In fact, the balance of flavors is achieved only after trying different techniques and having mastered the exact doses.
Alcohol accentuates the aroma and flavor of spices and it is advisable to have maximum mastery in handling these aromas. The spice, in fact, tends to cover the other flavors and it is prudent to start with small doses.
