Dried Acacia flowers

Acacia is a plant with small white flowers with an intense and sweet scent. Known for attracting large quantities of bees who, through pollination, produce the excellent acacia honey. The same hints of sweetness present in honey are present in these little flowers and you can find them in your favorite cocktail.

In Mixology : The taste of acacia flowers, delicate and light, goes perfectly with citrus fruits such as lime peels or with the delicacy of pink pepper.
