Green curry is a mixture of ground spices, widely used in Thai cuisine and is part of the curry family. Thai green curry has a very different taste from other combinations of spices because it boasts an extremely delicate and never too aggressive connotation.
In the Kitchen : This mixture goes very well with fish-based, but also chicken or vegetarian recipes. It is often used to flavor a coconut milk-based cream in which to cook a beef and vegetable stew, all accompanied by traditional rice. Also excellent for making spicy sauces or for flavoring legume soups.
Ingredients : Green Coriander, Turmeric, Porre', Parsley, Ginger, Garlic, Brown Sugar, Kummel, Fenugreek, Pepper, Dill, Chili, Onion. May contain traces of Mustard, Sesame and Celery.
