Lavender Blue

Lavender is a small flower with an intense scent. It is used to perfume rooms and fills houses with its typically Provençal fragrance. It is also widely used in the kitchen to flavor desserts (in particular Pan Meino, a typical biscuit from the Como area) and as a botany in the production of gin, to which it gives an aromatic note in perfect agreement with the juniper tone.
