New Zealand Salt

New Zealand salt is harvested from the deep, crystal-clear waters of the South Pacific Ocean in the Cook Strait between the North and South Islands of New Zealand. The salt is placed on rock to evaporate the water using only wind and sun. At the end of each summer, New Zealand salt is harvested to maintain the natural amount of minerals. It is unprocessed, natural, additive-free and classified as a 100% organic product certified by Bio-Grow New Zealand.
