Pink Pepper - 250 g

Pink pepper is also known as “hawk pepper”, it grows in the highlands of Bolivia, Chile and Peru on evergreen trees that can reach 7 m in height. It is not a real pepper, but a berry which, thanks to its aroma completely similar to that of pepper, is referred to as pink pepper.

In the Kitchen : Ideal with white meats such as chicken or veal, fish, scallops and chocolate mousse. It is often used in creamy sauces or as a decoration on carpaccio and raw meat dishes.
