As with any curry, the recipe can vary from family to family and from region to region. We created this blend to create a curry with a strong spicy power, for lovers of strong and bold flavors who are looking for an unusual taste experience.

In the Kitchen : Given the spiciness of this curry, we recommend moderate use at the beginning to evaluate the addition. Ideal for flavoring white and red meats to be grilled on the barbecue or to give a boost of flavor to seafood and vegetable dishes.
