Sweet paprika

Paprika, a spice native to the Mediterranean Basin, is actually the fruit of a tropical plant. Basic ingredient for the preparation of Goulash, it has a more or less spicy flavour.

In the Kitchen : In addition to goulash, paprika can be used with fresh cheeses, soups and white meats. Its spicy side is very sweet and thanks to this the dishes are enhanced with an aromatic and spicy touch which "neutralizes" the spicy flavor of the chili pepper.
